ARPA Note: Hudak made it clear that he would be in favour of scrapping the Ontario human rights commission. It is important that Ontarians hold him accountable to this promise in the years to come.

Globe and Mail: The Ontario Progressive Conservatives are turning their backs on the red Tory policies the party has been renowned for in recent years with the appointment of Tim Hudak as their new leader. Mr. Hudak, 41, became the party's 21st leader at a convention on Saturday in Markham, Ont. after winning 5,606 votes on the third ballot. He went into the leadership campaign as the perceived front runner, but ended up in a three-way race with Frank Klees, 58, and Christine Elliott, 53. [Continue reading this article here.]
