Audio: Dr. Van Dam - Should Christians Be Politically Involved? Print E-mail

On October 23, 2010 Dr Cornelis Van Dam, professor at the Canadian Reformed Theological Seminary in Hamilton, Ontario was the featured speaker at the first-ever Ontario ARPA conference.

His talk cuts to the heart of the debate over whether Christians should be using our time, energy, skills, or finances for political efforts. In this address Dr. Van Dam provides numerous examples from both the Old and New Testament to explain that not only may Christians get involved in politics - we have a duty to do so if we really believe that Christ is Lord.

ARPA Canada was privileged to have Dr. Van Dam also address MP's at our first event in Parliament two years ago (pictured on right). You can click here to find the recording of that speech. More ARPA Audio files can be found here.
